Evaluating your project
So it’s almost the end of your project and you’re wondering what happens next. You will have been reviewing your outcomes with your objectives during the life of the project, now is the time to pull all that together.
The information on successes and the more challenging elements of the project will have been captured as the project has progressed. This will have been recorded through your regular reports to the project steering group and your regular online reporting, and should really help you to produce your final evaluation and project report.
People are interested in what challenges you had to overcome and how you were able to do so. So detail the strategies you have employed to support ULRs, how you engaged with employers during the life of the project, and how you captured information on ‘soft outcomes’ such as raised learner confidence and motivation. You might like to capture these lessons you learned to help with completing this evaluation.
