Reviews

In addition to regular reviews, if your project is longer than a year in duration, unionlearn will arrange a full annual project review with you to check how your project is progressing. This is to see that it is meeting the milestones planned, that it is effectively managed, on budget and is well supported for the forthcoming year.

Sometimes project managers may encounter problems that they couldn’t have planned for, or the project may be under or overspent. The review provides an opportunity to explore such topics in more depth. As a result, you may agree to re-profile, or agree a change of direction or identify specific assistance that you may need for the continued success of your project.

All ULF projects will be audited during the courses of their lifetime. This will involve a team of auditors reviewing the financial management and governance of the project.

Pre and post audit support will be provided by the ULF team.
