Strategy / Context
The ULF vision is to provide a framework to build and sustain union work on learning and skills.
ULF helps unions promote learning to match learners' starting points and current needs and aspirations, and link this to personal progression. ULF projects share good practice and sustain learning activity, create frameworks to provide quality information to learners and potential learners, and address wider lifelong learning issues.
These projects raise the profile of unions and are linked to union growth to strengthen workplace organisation and meeting Government targets.
