Union members and potential members need the support and representation of their union on a wider range of areas than ever before, and learning and skills are becoming increasingly important. The union team in the workplace will need to develop their skills, knowledge and expertise to play a role across all the areas which affect member's lives.
ULF provides a great opportunity to make an impact on learning and skills in the workplace. You can really make a difference to people’s lives through being involved in ULF.
