Merseytravel union learning representative Tony Norbury has been awarded the regional individual National Training Award for the positive impact his individual training journey has had on the taxi and private hire sector. Tony, from Tranmere on the Wirral, received his award from North West Tonight presenter Ranvir Singh at the Palace Hotel, Manchester on Tuesday 13th October.   FBU General Secretary, Matt Wrack, launched the FBU's Dyslexia Guidance document for officials and members at the unions National ULR School. The school took place at Stoke Rochford Hall on 6th & 7th July and was attended by 70 ulrs and Senior Officials. The document provides key advice and includes a draft policy and risk assessment to support ulrs and officials when dealing with issues around Dyslexia.
